Make a list of what social sites are bringing you the most traffic: To make this list, log into your Google Analytics and click on the links to follow this sequence: Acquisitions – All Traffic – Referrals You’ll see a list showing which social site is generating the most referral traffic to your website. Each site is linked to a breakdown of the actual posts people clicked on to reach your site. My top referral source is Pinterest. When I’m in this section, I click on the Pinterest link and it takes me to a breakout of the top pins/images that brought people to my site. To help me better understand what people are interested in, I write out my top 10 pins and the number of traffic clicks from those images to my list of my top social sites. For a Spritual, person the whole struggle is to be free from Maya or Kama, krodh, lobh, mad, Moha and matsarya. Six evils. If he is completely free from these six evils, he attains, his true nature or soul or God, in a true sense. Only then he can be a truly Spiritual person and not before then. Even the great practiceners of yoga, are not free from some traits of these tendencies. It takes a long time to be free from these evils and may take many births. Why? Because roots of these evils or Maya, is on our subtle body and causal body. Unless we are unable to purify these two subtle bodies, we cannot be established ,fully in soul consciousness.

whenever you look up to someone....we see his successfull life...his luxurious life... his royality....we should also look up for his hardwork ...his sacrifice....

when we think about motivation i have seen a group of people who are dependent just on motivation.They thinks that motivation is only one thing which can lead us.But as i think when i think about motivation i need my own motivation....i don't get dependant on someone to motivate me and then i will work....when i give self motivation to myself i don't need anyone else.....and don't get stuck in motivation only... ... motivation are just words don't get dependent on someone that he will come and motivate us... instead of that motivate urself....and ..... test of success is much better than you think

I'm not that much big fan of srk .....but i spotted some points which i find attractive in him...some are as follows.... 1. He think what you can't      when he started his carrer he did nagetive roles and then he started in heroic roles. 2. He's passionate about his work. 3. He don't charge that much money for his movies...he charges for branding,live shows, anchoring and dance shows. 4. He's best speaker...i have seen his many interviews and he uses his golden vocabulary 5. He's 2nd riches actor in world and he make his parents owner of that....

when you are going to choose career it's very important that how you think about your career about ambition about your success goals and about your future. there are two types of people in the world 1. somebody 2. anybody first talked about the definitions somebody are the people who think like whole world the thinking strategy is normal like other people. secondly somebody are the people who are different from other they think what others cannot think they choose their own path. it is right that crowd gives you strategy to work with whole world but it also takes your identity when you are going to choose your own path to become somebody it is important to know that you are alone on that path.....
